The goal of the project is to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility and environmental resistance of air and space systems through analyses, tests, and simulations according to relevant standards.
In this role, you will work closely with development and design teams to identify and fix potential EMI issues early. You will conduct EMC tests, create test plans, and document results to ensure compliance.
Main tasks:
- Conduct analyses to assess electromagnetic environmental effects on air and space systems
- Develop and execute test plans according to relevant standards (e.g., DO-160, MIL-STD-461, EUROCAE ED-14)
- Simulate and model electromagnetic fields to predict system performance
- Collaborate with development and design teams to identify and address potential EMI issues early
- Perform and oversee EMC tests (e.g., conducted/radiated emissions and immunity)
- Document test results, analyses, and compliance evaluations
- Advise project teams on EEE-related matters
Requirements
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience in EEE/EMC, ideally in the aerospace or defense industry
