Description
he main goal of this project is to ensure the company's compliance with SEC reporting and SOX requirements.
A leading organization in Zurich is seeking a Consultant SEC Reporting/SOX. This role will involve ensuring that all reporting is in line with the regulations set out by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
- Preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual reports
- Ensuring compliance with SOX controls
- Assisting with internal audits
- Providing advice on SEC reporting requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and SOX requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
