- Ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality targets as well as all relevant legal regulations
- Reviewing technical documents such as construction plans, material lists, and service records
- Coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Interface management and ensuring smooth project execution
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or comparable technical qualification
- Solid professional experience as a site manager in electrical/control engineering
- Ideally experience with 110 kV systems
- Excellent knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and applicable construction and safety regulations
- Strong team player, good communication skills, and independent working style
- Availability full-time
- Experience in power generation facilities is a plus
