Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design workflows and processes for training a machine learning model to use Salesforce.
- Extract, manipulate, and integrate data using Python and SQL to support model training.
- Optimize Salesforce configurations and functionalities to align with AI-driven objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the model’s interaction with Salesforce.
- Document processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and functionalities.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, particularly for data manipulation and integration.
- Experience working on AI or machine learning projects is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
