Summary

I train companies to actually use the AI tools they are already paying for. Most organisations buy the licences and then watch a handful of people use them, so my work starts where the licence ends: hands-on, tool-agnostic sessions where people build something real with their own daily work, not a demo with someone else's data.

I founded Paloma's AI Academy in January 2025 and have delivered more than fifty workshops and consulting engagements since, in German, Polish and English, online and on site. My clients range from a German luxury manufacturer and the internal strategy consulting arm of a global shipping group to German software companies and Polish professional-services firms.

I also run my own business entirely on AI. I built an AI-native operating system on a second brain, and a team of AI agents runs my funnels, my CRM and my content on it. That is the depth I bring to an adoption programme: I am not teaching from a slide deck, I am teaching what I run every day. Before AI I spent six years on process improvement inside software organisations in Germany and Poland, which is why my training lands with technical teams as well as with business ones.
