Test Manager (m/f/d) - Mobile Apps (9349)

Project Management: Organization and management of test accounts and configurations, as well as planning and distribution of test cases for development and testing phases

User Stories: Creation, prioritization, execution, and acceptance of user stories through systematic testing, as well as evaluation and classification of defects; documenting issues in JIRA, providing technical advice for bug fixing and operational solutions

Test Management: Coordination and execution of the Launch Readiness Test (LRT) for RAITT deliveries of the mobile apps, as well as cross-platform testing of mobile applications on Android and iOS based on current production versions; using platforms like NOVUM, Salcus, Prepaid-IT, Salesforce, and various test environments up to the production phase

Defect Tracking: Creation, categorization, and prioritization of priority 1 test cases, as well as capturing, classifying, and tracking defects in JIRA and Helix, and analyzing and assessing defects for go-live readiness of developed features

Consulting: Technical advice for timely implementation of measures considering quality standards, as well as support of mobile apps from a business perspective, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales optimization

Quality Management: Advising on the introduction of a scalable and future-proof platform, along with clear communication of concepts, results, and requirements in German and English
