Description
- The technical oversight, design and implementation of Pega solutions, as well as their reusability across multiple business units.
- Developing an optimal architecture and corresponding designs for the applications/solutions
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design, development and optimization of business processes on the Pega platform
- Supporting requirements analysis and risk mitigation planning during the sprint iteration/project lifecycle
- Overseeing and managing coding, QA, support, integration and implementation aspects of Pega applications
- Developing and documenting reusable design and implementation methods, tools and frameworks that can be used across projects
- Conducting code reviews for developed Pega solutions and ensuring coding standards compliance
- Participating in the development of custom system integration components based on business requirements
Requirements
- Pega certification at the Senior System Architect level (PCSSA)
- Good knowledge of current Pega architecture such as enterprise-class design, application layer cake, data modeling and rule resolution
- Strong experience in all SDLC phases, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation and support of large, business-oriented and process-based applications
- Experience in architecting custom API integrations with Pega as well as designing and implementing interfaces like SOAP and REST
- Experience with case management, flow design, declare expressions and data pages, SMA and log analysis
- Mentoring team members
