Description

A leading logistics company in B2B rail transport is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the team in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting agile processes and ensuring that the teams collaborate effectively. This role requires close work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Facilitate Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Assist teams in identifying and removing obstacles.
  • Foster an agile mindset and culture within the company.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize the backlog.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM or PSM).
  • Deep understanding of agile methods and practices.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
