Description
- Manage service providers (general contractors) for civil engineering in collaboration with the overall project manager
- Manage deployment of active technology at the Point of Presence (POP)
- Ramp up new rollout areas in collaboration with sales and planning
- Ensure adherence to the existing FTTH rollout process and implement improvements if needed
- Conduct risk management (process already established)
- Monitor rollout performance and compliance with the set targets for the region/projects
- Report KPIs: homes passed, homes connected, and active customers
- Participate in the operation board (bi-weekly)
- OKR management per quarter for the region
Requirements
- Expertise in fiber rollout
- Very good German skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience
