- Analysis and introduction of test plans and Q methods
- Determine and define inspection methods and protocols to verify processes and monitor process quality
- Analysis and verification of critical manufacturing processes
- Definition of critical characteristics and implementation and completion of FMEAs
- Management review preparation and realization with management team
- Coaching and training of employees on site about QMS, especially IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standard requirements
- Operational implementation of quality tasks
Requirements
- Degree or similar training as a Mechanical Engineer
- Over 10 years of experience in Quality Management and Q Methods
- Expertise in Electrical/Electronic Mechatronics
- Relevant experience in Tier 2 automotive sector operations
- Background in process management and process improvement
