Description
A company is looking for an experienced Head of Controlling - Interim to support the finance department in various areas. The main goal of the project is to provide guidance in finance, accounting and controlling to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth. The role requires extensive knowledge in preparing financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, as well as in budget and financial planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Advising in finance, accounting and controlling.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Independently preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS.
- Independently handling budget planning and control as well as financial and liquidity planning.
- Optimizing processes and structures to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in finance, accounting and controlling.
- Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
- Experience in developing financial strategies.
- Ability to independently prepare financial statements.
- Experience in budget planning, control as well as financial planning.
