Description
- You are responsible for planning, preparing, executing and documenting test procedures to check interoperability between battery-electric trucks and CCS and MCS charging infrastructure
- You support the development of measures to find solutions in global collaboration with charging infrastructure manufacturers in cases of missing interoperability
- You define your planned test procedures within the given testing roadmap (which charging stations, which vehicles, which order)
- You are responsible for project management of test events, including technical experts from charging infrastructure manufacturers
- You support project management to successfully install charging infrastructure and provide test vehicles
- You interpret and read technical data and communication data between vehicle and charging station
- You support the development of test plans based on new charging/communication standards (e.g. MCS) and coordinate them with vehicle experts and external stakeholders
- You prepare test results for distribution to the sales organization/eConsultants
Requirements
Must Have:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, an engineering university degree or comparable qualification
- Truck driver’s license
- At least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: charging infrastructure, energy infrastructure, battery development
- National and international experience in e-mobility
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with external partners
- Confident presence, assertiveness, communication, integration and persuasion skills, entrepreneurial thinking
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the commercial vehicle sector or transport industry is a plus
- Knowledge in battery-electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles, especially in the truck business, is a plus
- Ideally another European language of a volume market
