Description
The partner tribe designs all partner journeys and manages the partner lifecycle, including commission settlement.
Goals: Seamless and efficient processes for all commission-related processes and journeys that involve partner sales (B2P & B2C). Services are delivered in the Payment for Partners (P4P) value stream. This includes handling wholesale billing and commission payments for sales partners, brand partners, service providers, and joint ventures. The service covers features from blueprinting to launch.
- Description and detailing of requirements for new features, including functional aspects in Jira and Confluence.
- Identification of dependencies and risks and assessment of their impact on existing systems and components.
- Planning and management of feature blueprinting, considering open tasks from previous planning.
- Consulting on dependencies, solutions, and risks within the project.
- Creation and maintenance of relevant documents in the areas of data protection and security.
- Professional advice for the Product Owner (PO) and Area Product Owners (APO) on selecting and planning features for upcoming planning cycles.
- Review of blueprint artifacts as well as support and approval of test cases, test steps, and tests to ensure market readiness.
- Seamless and efficient processes for all commission-related processes and journeys
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst / EPIC Owner in similar projects.
- Solid knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and data protection and security requirements.
- Ability to identify dependencies, risks, and assess them.
- Experience in planning feature processes including blueprinting.
- Strong communication skills to advise various stakeholders like PO/APO.
