Description
Our client is a German mobile network operator running a cross-company, international transformation program. The team includes a Business Analyst (handling most JIRA tasks), a Business Owner (knowledgeable in legal topics and current business processes), a UX designer (creating wireframes), and a Solution Architect (reviewing overarching architectural issues). For this project, we are looking for an Epic Owner with telecommunications experience and Leave-Tribe expertise.
Tasks:
- Create end-to-end requirements for each brand (blue, o2, Aldi, WhatsApp SIM, ...)
- Own retention processes (Leave Tribe)
- Create the EPICs & stories that describe the features to be implemented for each brand
- After feature delivery: support business side of test management (revise test cases, business testing, defect management) => (no testing required, a test team is available)
- Communicate with and moderate two Indian IT firms working in parallel
- Coordinate with various stakeholders: business, legal, controlling, tech, etc.
Requirements
Must have:
- Experienced consultant in telecommunications (currently focusing on mobile)
- Knowledge of typical lifecycle processes (Buy - Inlife - Leave)
- Hands-on ability to drive your own topics forward with the right people
Nice to have:
- Ideally experience in test management
- Agile working style: "Epic Owner"
Should have:
- Experience with typical Leave processes: prevention, retention/winback, and leave
- Good intercultural skills (communicating with and moderating two parallel Indian IT firms)
- Empathy and interest in the technical implementation of requirements
- Awareness of complex program structures, guidelines, and hierarchies
- Strong communication skills
