Description
The service is requested as part of the "Turing" project for RPA - Robotic Process Automation. The "Turing" project aims to reduce costs in Customer Services & Sales and increase digitization, automation, and customer satisfaction through five initiatives in 2025 and 2026.
- Developing business objects for Salesforce in Blue Prism
- Developing automations in Blue Prism for Salesforce subprocesses
- Developing automations in Blue Prism for Salesforce end-to-end processes
- Documenting process automations and developments in the software
- Testing the developed business objects and their subprocess and end-to-end automations based on predefined requirements
- Conducting user acceptance tests
- Developing a web front end within the #.NET framework
- Testing the developed web front end against predefined requirements
- Conducting user acceptance tests of the web front end
- Documenting the test results for the web front end
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Blue Prism, Salesforce process integration, and .NET
- Experience in test execution and documentation
- Independent, structured way of working
