- Administer, extend and monitor environments for production, test and development
- Implement and maintain a working backup/restore solution.
- Install and maintain systems at the operating system level, create and adjust new systems.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in administering PostgreSQL database clusters, preferably with EDB
- Backup/recovery of databases
- Database tuning in an enterprise environment as well as troubleshooting and debugging
- PostgreSQL load balancing (HAProxy, PgBouncer, etc.)
- Linux admin skills (RedHat, Ubuntu)
- Languages: German and English
