Tasks:
- Integration of modern AI tools to support the development process
- Defining measurable rules and guidelines for agile development teams
- Coaching on developing microservices and service-oriented backend components in a cloud environment
- Identifying, evaluating, and testing technical components for security, robustness, performance, and scalability
- Coordinating across teams to establish consistent development and quality standards
Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or an equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in integrating and applying AI for process optimization and quality control
- Several years of experience as a Lead Developer in complex IT projects
- Solid knowledge of test automation, CI/CD, and cloud architectures, ideally AWS
- Experience with modern databases, cloud storage solutions, and asynchronous processing mechanisms
- Knowledge of software architecture, testing, deployment, and maintainability of complex systems is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is desirable
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Experience in an agile environment, ideally with SAFe, is a plus
- Very good German skills, written and spoken
