Tasks:
- Integration of modern AI tools to support the development process
- Definition of measurable rules and guidelines for agile development teams
- Coaching in the development of microservices and service-oriented backend components in a cloud environment
- Identification, evaluation, and testing of technical components regarding security, robustness, performance, and scalability
- Coordination across teams to establish consistent development and quality standards
Requirements
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in integrating and applying AI for process optimization and quality control
- Several years of experience as a Lead Developer in complex IT projects
- Strong knowledge of test automation, CI/CD, and cloud architectures, ideally AWS
- Experience with modern databases, cloud storage solutions, and asynchronous processing mechanisms
- Knowledge of software architecture, testing, deployment, and maintainability of complex systems is a plus
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence is desirable
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in an agile environment, ideally with SAFe, is an advantage
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
