I am an internationally experienced executive with over 30 years of work in both domestic and international settings.

Experience leading smaller business units (around 50 employees), as managing director at the national level (around 300 employees), and with regional responsibility across Asia with over 2,000 employees.

My work in small teams up to leading multicultural executive teams with international regional responsibility helps me adapt quickly to new challenges.

Solid knowledge and experience in managing international joint ventures (JV) and integrating acquired business units.

Thanks to my training as a teacher, I know how to develop a high level of responsibility in my employees within the environment and toward the company through social skills and emotional intelligence. The focus is on finding solutions together.
