Summary
For 23 years, I have been working in all parts of the Pro Audio business and around the world: a sound engineer of the old school = a true believer; with a strong desire to explore the world of audio technology in depth and a clear sense of playfulness.
As a technical department manager and/or operator, I ran a medium-sized, owner-managed one-person business for 23 years. With my respective project-based employers, I always tried to implement the requested tasks as practically and cost-effectively as possible within my project budgets, using every available form of support from my team and applying innovative solutions. I am familiar with strategically managing an innovative project. I initiate and implement the respective steps required to complete the work and enjoy the balance between delegating and still being able to follow the details myself. I am currently learning about the new area of "technical drawing/specialist planner CAD" for me, so that I can also cover this field. One of my main areas of work is identifying and implementing optimization and cost-saving potential. I am also responsible for efficiently developing processes further, ensuring quality assurance and reliable delivery, so that my colleagues and employees have exactly the same opportunities. I always strive to achieve the optimal compromise between technically feasible innovations, customer requirements and economic necessities. I would be very happy to use my expertise as a Pro Audio Member in your projects and strengthen your team.
