• Built the daily ingestion pipeline across PubMed, bioRxiv, and medRxiv: 43,000+ papers from 3,400+ journals processed into 230,000+ typed evidence claims, each one traceable back to the study it came from.
• Designed the six-factor evidence scoring model and the public changelog behind it, so no recommendation ever appears without the papers underneath it. 23,000+ grade changes recorded and explained to date.
• Shipped an entity information model connecting every intervention to its mechanisms, biomarkers, and outcomes: 118 biomarkers with region-specific reference ranges, 77 mechanisms, 32 graded outcomes.
• Built the personalisation layer: blood panel ingestion that reads lab PDFs with a vision model and corrects results for draw time against the user's wake anchor, plus Oura, WHOOP, and Withings integration for daily readiness context.
• Operate eleven specialised review agents over the corpus and codebase, covering paper curation, retrieval quality, health-claim compliance across EU and US regimes, and security.
• Shipped the Evidence Assistant, a RAG assistant that answers from the claim database and cites the underlying papers, plus a B2B practitioner tier, an Expo React Native app, and localisation across 3 languages and 7 markets.

• AI Product Lead, Ringier AG (Dec 2024–Dec 2025): Led enterprise AI transformation across 10+ publications, reporting directly to the Group CPO. Delivered ~1M CHF annual value through content automation recovering 20,000+ journalist hours yearly (~12 FTE equivalent).
• AI Forge: 380K+ AI-assisted content events/year across 5 use cases (title/articles generation, translations, summaries, transcriptions). 700K CHF/year from article automation, 280K CHF/year from transcription savings. Designed and implemented the LLM evaluation suite benchmarking OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models on Palantir AIP; rewrote the full prompt library for improved performance and instruction adherence. Redesigned MLOps setup on SageMaker. Integrated DeepL into this AI suite.
• AI enablement & adoption: Trained journalists on AI tooling and structured tool evaluation, including golden-dataset collection and quality feedback on AI outputs, turning newsroom users into the evaluation loop.
• Group scaling strategy: Delivered build-vs-buy analysis and recommendation to the Group CPO for scaling RAG chatbots across 100+ Ringier publications.
• BliKI RAG Chatbot for Blick.ch: Session Duration +39%, Pageviews/Session +35%, deployed to 2M+ monthly users.
• AI Agent for JIRA Task Management: Joins meetings, transcribes, creates/updates tickets with full workflow context (projects, labels). RAG enabled for rigorous context management. Saves ~30 minutes of product-management work per meeting; selected meetings now run without a PM present.
• Other projects: 'Listen to articles' TTS (ElevenLabs, BeyondWords), Floorian automated ad floor price optimization system (pilot).
• Product & Delivery Advisor, confidential client (Jul 2026–Present): Scoped a usage-to-billing integration (SAP Subscription Billing) and its reconciliation controls for an Agentic AI SaaS, built the delivery effort-and-cost estimation model (PERT / reference-class), and coached product-manager candidates for the delivery pod.
• Investment advisory: Recommended maximum vesting on Groq (SAFE) - Net MOIC 4.02x in 19m, IRR 117% post-carry. Other notable cases: Replit (Series D), Together AI (SAFE), and Galaxia AI.
• Advisory CTO, AI-as-a-Service Trading Platform (Apr 2024–Present): Product strategy, proprietary AI model development (Transformer, Mamba), trading system design, staffing, go-to-market planning.
• Conversational Voice AI Agent: Full outbound call-centre replacement for political surveying and donation collection: millions of contacts reached across Australia, with donation cost-efficiency surpassing human callers by multiples. Designed system architecture (DialogFlow CX), team build-out, TTS performance tuning.

Germany's first AI-focused cloud infrastructure platform

Head of Product and member of the management team. Owned product vision, strategy, and roadmap that took the company from $100k to $4.5M+ ARR. Hired a product team of 7, provided product leadership to 20+ engineers across 3 engineering teams, and held CTO responsibilities for 2 engineering teams: WebServices (customer dashboard and public API, 5 engineers) and ResourceServices (middleware, 2 engineers).

• Data-driven product development: 10x improvement to customer conversion through fusion of user behaviour and feedback analysis.
• Strategic partnerships: Forged partnerships with Intel Habana and NVIDIA. Drove vendor selection and commercial negotiations for enterprise storage (VAST Data).
• Green at the source: Sourced renewable power directly through utility electricity contracts into the data centres instead of relying on carbon-credit offsets.
• Business development: Pioneered community-driven sales channel, landing largest enterprise contract at the time (300K+ EUR) via Reddit outreach in 2021.
• Product strategy: Drove the strategic evolution from pure IaaS to a managed services provider: multi-node AI training clusters, managed object storage, MLOps-as-a-Service, Organizations & Projects (RBAC), Managed Docker Registry, Accelerated Vector DB.
• Designed GPU benchmarking framework for AI use cases: NLP, image classification, object detection.
• Built company culture: Hiring bar-raiser from employee #17 onward, interviewing every subsequent hire; contributed to #6 ranking in Top German Startup Employers (AI/Cloud/BigData, Business Punk/Statista 2022).
• AI Research collaboration: Worked with Prof Dan Alistarh (MIT/ISTA) on multi-GPU optimization framework (CGX). Supported application for ERC-grant FastML project on scalable GPU-accelerated training.

• Product Owner for cross-functional squad: Shipped 3 zero-to-one banking products with 5-month cadence while achieving the primary commercial objective (#1 Business OKR). Proved the bank could operate at start-up velocity in a regulated environment using a corporate start-up model.
• Enterprise impact: Pioneered "compliance first" product development model that was adopted throughout the organization, reducing compliance-related iterations at product approval stage across the bank.
• AML/KYC & credit automation: Defined product vision achieving +90% automation rate across retail and SME segments in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, replacing manual customer onboarding processes end-to-end.

• Analytics enablement: Established analytics-driven decision making for the business unit: defined data requirements, implemented reporting infrastructure for management and operations.
