Summary

In my nearly 20-year career as an employee at BMW, I have built skills in many areas and fields. As a long-term specialist buyer, I managed all purchasing-relevant areas such as market analysis, negotiations, requirements, supplier and supply chain management.

In my several years as a project buyer, culminating in department management at the BMW-PSA joint venture start-up "bpce", I also carried out the modeling, coordination and introduction of processes, purchasing systems, control tools and contract management on the purchasing side. After moving to international BMW Motorrad Sales, I broadened my scope, including reporting, market development, product management, market and logistics coordination from both tactical and strategic perspectives.

As a trained industrial engineer and industrial clerk with high technical affinity and a hands-on mentality, I was able early on to bridge the gap between technology and business and turn my ability to quickly analyze complex issues into time- and resource-saving optimizations. I always start with a thorough initial analysis involving all stakeholders, then use suitable tools like BPMN, needs analysis, design thinking, best practices etc. to reach the goal together effectively, efficiently and in a socially responsible way.

To pursue this path even more, I became self-employed in 2019 as a consultant and have been able to apply and deepen my broad knowledge in several projects in the energy industry. During this time, I also worked as a trainer and coach from staff to division management level. I also independently developed a trigger point massager using CAD design including 3D printing and received a German utility model for it.

In my private and professional life, sustainability, resource conservation and environmental protection, as well as social commitment (e.g. as part of the parents' council and supporting association), are very important to me. In my personal life, my focus is mainly on family and friends and pursuing my hobbies.
