Development projects in security-relevant and performance-critical environments. Experienced in the design and management of data structures. Application of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban in various roles.
Requirements engineering and business process analyst: Analysis of projects of various sizes, including 1-year management of a team of analysts covering all departments of one of the largest German chip card manufacturers and coordination of requirements engineers at HannoverRe. Intensive use of Sparx Enterprise Architect and Azure Teams Services. Development of an own methodology for the integration of possibilities of use case analysis (UML) and requirements analysis in structured project management in the environment of agile processes.
