Summary

I’ve spent 20+ years in marketing and communications — building narratives for complex brands, translating difficult topics into human stories, and helping organisations connect with the people that matter to them. I’ve worked client-side, agency-side, and built my own investor-backed startup. Now I want to point all of that — the storytelling, the human-centred thinking, the appetite for complexity — towards work that genuinely contributes to something good.

I’ve been drawn to regenerative economics, systems thinking and inner development for years — as a learner first, not an expert — and I’m deliberately deepening that knowledge now. I’ve also moved from Poland to Greece, back to Poland, then built an entirely new life and career in Germany — in a new language, from zero. That experience taught me that not knowing yet is not a weakness. It’s where honest work begins.
