Project manager for end-to-end digitalization of the corporate credit process at a large German bank – mapping the current processes, transforming and aligning the digital target processes using agile project methodology. Business financial planning – planning and preparing the operational budget and the IT project portfolio budget for a division for the next year in close coordination with division management and internal teams. Project leadership for a 10-month restructuring – leading the restructuring of a state bank. Dissolving, merging and creating business units, including migrating staff and IT systems with partial capital market connectivity. Overseeing project controlling and reporting to the client's boards. Process management – optimizing the regulatory new product process (NPP) at a major German bank. Project manager & PMO – member of the PMO and project manager for a major regulatory fraud investigation in the capital markets area. Liaised with all external service providers, such as software vendors, law firms and auditors, and reported to the client's C-level management.
