I have been working as a freelancer for publishers, PR agencies, and industrial companies since 2017. Before that, I worked for 16 years as a staff editor at „IT-BUSINESS“, a trade magazine for the IT channel published by Vogel Communications Group, and for four years at „A&D“, a trade magazine for industrial automation published by publish industry in Munich.

My current work mainly focuses on creating blog posts and white papers. Online news and social media posts were also part of my work in previous jobs.

My texts are still all „handmade“; I am proud to create original content. As a rule, the topics are technological innovations and custom applications. I sometimes use AI for research and to improve finished texts. But not for writing the texts themselves.

My range of topics is broad, but it is based on the main areas of digital transformation. These include wired and wireless network technology, including 5G for industrial automation and business applications in other vertical markets, safety and security for IT and industry, as well as the use of digital tools and technologies in industrial practice, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence (KI/AI), digital twin and asset administration shell (Asset Administration Shell, AAS), simulation and modelling, virtualization and industrial metaverse, etc. Case studies and the presentation of innovative technologies, especially with regard to possible applications, are also part of my work.
