Strategy-oriented Program and Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in complex industrial environments and 6+ years leading cross-functional projects and programs across development, operations and management.

In parallel, I work as an independent advisor on strategic transformation, organizational effectiveness and strategy execution, with a focus on how decisions, ownership and structures translate into real implementation.
Most recently, I led a €100m+ development and industrialization program for Porsche, coordinating across the customer, production sites and equipment suppliers. My responsibilities included multi-million-euro CAPEX approvals, FATs at machinery suppliers, commercial negotiations on price, contracts and delivery terms, as well as production build-up and ramp-up.
During the semiconductor crisis, I led an executive task force at the direct request of the CEO to secure production and spare-parts supply in the short term while protecting annual results, delivery capability and the company's reputation. A broader supply-chain transformation, including portfolio adjustments, was the path to achieving these objectives.
My technical background is complemented by an MBA in General Management with a specialization in Strategic Management, expected to be completed in October 2026.
