IT Program Manager | Senior IT Project Manager | Agile Coach

I am a passionate and results-driven IT Program Manager with over 15 years of experience leading complex IT transformation programs and project portfolios. I focus on international corporate environments where I have proven responsibility for budgets up to €37M as well as time, quality, and scope management. My expertise combines setting up robust governance structures and PMO processes with agile and traditional management of cross-functional teams. Transparent stakeholder communication at the C-level and effective multi-vendor management are particularly important to me.

My Professional Experience Throughout my career, I have learned to turn technology visions into measurable business results. Since 2019, I have been working as Managing Director and Freelance Consultant (OGMA GmbH). I advise companies in insurance, retail, e-commerce, and financial services, coach them as an Agile Coach, and take on operational IT project leadership. Most recently, I led IT multi-project management for Data & CRM at an international retail group (11/2024 – 04/2026). With a budget of around €14.5M, I managed the development of a Data Warehouse (DWH) & Analytics, backend modernization, and an international CRM implementation. Before that, as Program Manager, I successfully led an e-commerce transformation program (replacement of the online shop) with a partial budget of approx. €30M and around 160 team members (10/2022 – 10/2024). At UNIQA IT Service GmbH, I worked as a Senior IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, playing a key role in the agile transformation & DevOps and managing the ECM IT program for Austria (budget approx. €37M), including the international rollout of a capture solution across 10 countries. My foundation includes roles as IT Project Manager for software development at Canon Austria GmbH and various project management roles at TEAM Communication and Siemens.

• Program & Project Management: I have deep experience in multi-project management, portfolio steering, and risk management. Setting up PMOs and owning budgets for large projects is part of my daily work.

• Agile Methods & Frameworks: As a certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), I drive agile transformations, facilitate PI plannings, and apply hybrid project management methods.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: I communicate confidently at the C-level, manage complex multi-vendor and nearshore setups, and support teams as a coach and mentor through change processes.

My theoretical foundation is a Master of Science (MSc) in IT Management (FH Campus Wien) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Project Management (BFI Wien).
