- Conducting a VDA 6.3 process audit and supporting companies to reaching VDA 6.3 level
- Evaluation of production processes and parts including injection molding, body shop, stamping parts
- Evaluation of quality management processes and systems in accordance with the relevant standards
- Identification of improvement potential in the supplier and quality management processes
- Development and Implementation of measures for process optimization and compliance with standard requirements
- Work closely with various departments, suppliers and customers to understand and fulfill quality requirements
Requirements
- VDA 6.3 Auditor Certification and in depth understanding of the VDA 6.3 standard in the automotive sector
- Proven experience in conducting VDA 6.3 audits as well as audits according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Experience in working with and Managing Suppliers
- Analytical skills to identify potential for improvement in quality management processes
- High communication Skills and hands-on mentality
