Description
- You develop highly complex software programs for PLC controls (Siemens, Beckhoff) for systems.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the programming methods and guidelines are followed according to the defined standards.
- In machine programming, you create concepts for automatic & calibration functions, collision avoidance, product tracking, recovery & rework and implement them.
- In this context, you guide team members with less experience and involve them in the development process.
- You also work closely with other departments such as commissioning, design, electrical planning and process commissioning.
- Your tasks also include the qualification and acceptance of automation solutions as well as the optimization of functional sequences and processes.
Requirements
- You have completed your degree (e.g. electrical engineering or technical computer science) or a comparable education combined with a technician training (automation technology) along with relevant professional experience.
- You impress us with your experience in automation technology and your excellent skills in machine-oriented programming (improvement & new development e.g. using "Structured Text").
- You are characterized by your initiative and motivation to continuously improve processes, analyze problems in a structured way & find solutions.
- You see travel to the group's global sites as an enrichment of your technically complex field and you draw extra motivation from a dynamic environment & changing conditions.
- As a team player, you impress us with your organized & independent way of working as well as your very good communication with internal and external contacts - also in very good English.
