Senior Solution Architect - SAP S/4 Hana

A company is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect for a project that involves connecting Deutsche Bahn AG's Identity and Access Management (IAM) system to the SAP landscape in SAP S/4 HANA. The IAM system, DeBI – Deutsche Bahn Identity, manages digital identities and access to group-wide applications and helps ensure compliance with security guidelines. As part of the Argo subproject, the integration of the IAM system (based on One Identity Manager) with the SAP landscape will be carried out.

The project's goal is to create technical and functional designs, align requirements, moderate workshops, and promote technology strategies and innovations.

• Creating technical designs as implementation templates for development in One Identity Manager (OIM)
• Providing functional support in creating business concepts
• Aligning with functional design regarding specified requirements
• Estimating effort for technical solutions in the project
• Moderating workshops on technical architecture topics
• Conducting reviews of design, code, and tests
• Driving and promoting the project's technology strategy, knowledge sharing, and standardization

Must-have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a technical architect or technical designer
• At least 3 years of experience with One Identity Manager (OIM)
• At least 2 years of experience with the OIM SAP Connector or similar connectors between SAP and IAM systems
• Method skills in BPMN or UML for concept creation (at least 2 reference projects)
• At least 2 years of programming experience in object-oriented languages on the .NET framework (e.g. C#, VB.Net, SQL)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SAP user administration and SAP role management (at least 2 project references)
• Experience with SAP Fiori (at least 2 project references)
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA (at least 2 project references)
• Method skills in requirements creation within project management (training certificates)
