- Processing orders in SAP and tracking order confirmations and delivery dates
- Checking invoices according to group guidelines
- Obtaining and initial review of export documents (certificate of origin, long-term supplier declaration, etc.)
- Independently obtaining quotes for operational purchasing
- Close coordination with stakeholders in daily operations
- Participating in process and project optimization in procurement
- Supporting audits, year-end closing and financial audits
Requirements
- Deep knowledge in operational purchasing for goods and services procurement
- Very good knowledge of SAP MM (user-level)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken; fluent German
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Team player with process understanding
- Structured way of working Flexibility and ability to prioritize
