A company is looking for an experienced OData SAP Consultant to support the existing software team in integrating AI into the current customer service workflows. The goal of the project is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service through the use of artificial intelligence.
In this role, you will work closely with the team to develop and optimize SAP OData services that enable seamless integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze the current SAP systems and customer service interfaces
- Develop and optimize OData services to support AI-based solutions
- Collaborate with the software team to implement the solutions
- Conduct tests and adjustments to ensure functionality
