As part of the S/4HANA implementation, various objects were migrated from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The migration was carried out using the SAP Migration Cockpit and ALE/IDocs for mapping partner functions with format DEBMAS.
In parallel with the technical migration, the project team was supported through functional consulting and support during the S/4HANA implementation, with a focus on the MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules.
The responsibilities also included the analysis of existing processes, collaborative design and optimization in close coordination with the business departments, as well as the implementation of SAP Best Practices to achieve sustainable improvements in the business processes within the supported modules.
