Description
- Coordination, management, and monitoring of workflows and resources within the team to achieve the goals of the Payments Operations expertise
- Confident leadership of projects and cross-department collaboration within the team
- Responsible for processing payment transactions
- Knowledge sharing, training, efficiency and process optimization
- Bringing in operational expertise and resolving complex escalation cases with high financial and reputational risk
- Quality assurance
- Managing external service providers and identifying and implementing new regulatory requirements
- Developing content and supporting revenues for regulatory and internal projects (e.g., TARGET2 consolidation and CBPR+)
- Interface management
- Contributing new ideas on relevant, strategic, and forward-looking (delivery) topics
- Agile working methods
- Point of contact for all specialist topics
Requirements
- Know-how in dealing with relevant regulations (MaRisk, additional advantages: KWG, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, MMSR, etc.) and payment procedures (TARGET, SEPA, AZV, etc.)
- Experience managing strategic and regulatory projects, as well as leading and developing employees
- Enjoy agile work and experienced in transformation and change processes
- Communicative, curious, empathetic, and service-oriented
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
- Several years of experience in payment transactions
