- Responsible for purchasing indirect goods and services required for operations in the energy sector, including but not limited to IT equipment, office supplies, third-party services, and other non-production related items.
- Supplier management: selecting, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers.
- Market analysis: monitoring trends and price developments.
- Budget management: adhering to the procurement budget and cost efficiency.
- Quality control: ensuring the quality of products and services.
- Risk management: minimizing supplier and contract risks.
- Collaboration: coordinating with internal departments for a smooth procurement process.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented work style.
