Description
Our client is looking for an experienced IT project manager with in-depth knowledge in Development Security Operations (DevSecOps). In this role, you will join a project that aims to further develop and improve security practices in software development. You play a crucial role in integrating security requirements into the development cycle and ensure close alignment between development and security.
Tasks:
- ISO 27001 implementation: Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and continuous improvement of security standards in the development process
- Security integration: Responsible for integrating security measures and automation into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
- Project planning and strategy: You work with the project team to develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and set clear goals for the team. You take stakeholders' needs into account and ensure smooth project execution
- Team leadership and communication: You coordinate the project team and make sure all team members fulfill their tasks effectively. Clear, open, and appreciative communication is crucial for success
- Stakeholder management: You ensure that all relevant stakeholders up to executive board level are informed about the current project status and prepare necessary decisions
- Resource management: You manage project resources including budget, time, and personnel. Your efficient planning and control of resources ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Risk management: You identify possible risks together with the project team and develop strategies to minimize or avoid them. Through your proactive risk management you spot potential obstacles early
- Quality control: You ensure that delivered IT solutions meet the company's high quality standards
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable training
- Many years of experience in DevSecOps, especially in integrating security measures into the software development process
- Proven expertise in ISO 27001 implementation and compliance
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, security automation, and monitoring
- Experience in IT project management, preferably with PMP, IPMA, or Prince2 certification
- Demonstrated expertise in risk and quality management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in leading international teams
- A strategic mindset characterized by creativity in problem-solving
- High level of independence and adaptability
- Passion for projects and the ability to inspire others
