I am a self-employed project consultant and interim manager specializing in controlling and regulation – primarily in the energy and utilities sector, but also with extensive experience in operational controlling and financial management across various industries. Based on an M. Sc. in Management and my broad practical experience, I design and optimize controlling structures, cost models and integrated financial plans, develop KPI systems and ensure reliable reporting for management and shareholders.
My professional focus includes network regulation and pricing, water price calculations, contribution margin analyses, integrated financial planning, investment and concession valuations, as well as providing business support for legal proceedings and arbitration.
