Established common definitions across all affected stakeholders to produce a single consolidated operating view by period close.
Owned the business case and MT approval process for all extraordinary budget requests across the German market, including union-driven courier labour obligations, compensation adjustments, and strategic HQ initiatives. Ensured every non-standard investment was modelled, stress-tested, and approved before entering the budget or forecast.
Led programme governance for the first-ever rollout of an employed courier model across 7 markets, replacing the existing freelance model. Designed the full governance architecture from scratch: Steering Committee composition, functional workstream leads, and local execution teams, keeping a high-stakes, first-of-its-kind expansion accountable and on schedule.
Owned the financial narrative for monthly and quarterly business reviews with country MDs, VP of Logistics, and the COO. Built the cost-per-order analysis and commentary that surfaced where performance was improving, where it was not, and where leadership needed to make a hard call rather than wait.
