Mamo Pshdary-SAP Finance Manager / SAP Business Application Manager

• Overseeing SAP FICO delivery and continuous improvement across global finance operations, supporting multiple SAP systems in use.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP FICO modules, aligning financial processes with strategic business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Manage SAP FICO projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Customize and configure SAP FICO to support core financial processes, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO) and third-party systems, enabling end-to-end process continuity.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users, driving system adoption and improved utilization across finance departments.
• Continuously assess and optimize financial processes, identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and control.
• Maintain SAP FICO system integrity through rigorous testing, comprehensive documentation, and structured change management.
• Directly manage a team of internal SAP FICO consultants and external partners, overseeing task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Lead the SAP Finance function, ensuring effective collaboration, resource planning, and delivery of high-quality solutions by the team.

• Responsible for the governance and guidelines of 24 ERP systems based on SAP R/3 and SAP S/4Hana.
• Possess an entrepreneurial understanding of an integrated ERP solution globally.
• Define, plan, and lead the execution of a wide range of project workflows and tasks, balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk to define the requirements for a high-quality SAP S/4HANA ERP system.
• Ensure user acceptance testing by the business and successfully roll out all modules.
• Identify, acquire, and lead multifunctional project teams using SolMan and Agile methodology.
• Ensure project objectives and requirements are clear and aligned with all stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with various IT and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate project management activities across the entire project management methodology.
• Ensure the successful and timely completion of deliverables and communication with all stakeholders.
• Track progress against the baseline schedule and report project status.
• Plan, baseline, and control costs to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Manage project priorities and ensure adherence to the agreed scope.
• Identify and apply systematic quality activities to ensure that projects meet Computer System Validation directives.
• Conduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis, and monitoring on projects.
• Formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies; recommend and implement solutions.
• Cooperate with the central program management.
• Communicate and coordinate with the implementation partner and track open tickets.

Implementing new Projects and enhancement within SAP ECC6 & S4Hana (EWM, SD, MM, FI/CO).

• Execute the IT Strategy in the Business Application IT organization by setting the vision, guidelines, and metrics to foster an innovative team culture, which is focused on delivering the applications and services necessary to enable the business.
• Build global teams and processes by leveraging the optimal location footprint in order to deliver services which meet the requirements of IT's business partners.
• Responsible for the Parts integration project plan, budget, co-ordination of tasks and business resources throughout the project lifecycle (including tools e.g. Azure, Jira, HPQC), coaching, training) to ensure business and process readiness.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to create a future state Business Application architecture
• Responsibility for the Business Partner Management and therefore define and own the Business Application solution roadmap and align it with leadership teams.
• Own complete lifecycle from concept to go-live as well as operational maintenance and retirement of the solutions in the Business Application portfolio.
• Drive innovative ideas, solutions and services through leadership and relationships with strategic software vendors.
