Greater Than the Sum of Its Parts

Be it a job, family, or IT, there was hardly anything in the past years that captivated me more than the growing realization that the whole is far greater than the sum of its parts. The things already existing are constantly being combined to create something entirely new. My reaction to this is a combination as well - a combination of two entirely different realms:

• Over 20 years of IT experience

As a self-employed computer scientist, I keep on giving it my all, from professional advice to final implementation, even after 20 plus years of professional experience. Resorting to half measures is simply not my cup of tea. My experience and proficiency have made me a top expert when it comes to IT consulting and IT project management. I am particularly enthusiastic about projects with a focus on "retail." When my projects are about complex POS systems or sophisticated store systems, there is no holding me back in solving demanding hardware- and software-related tasks.

• NLP Master and Systemic Integrative Coach

And this is especially true now that I successfully combine my second professional passion with the demands of the IT business to create something entirely new! Being an NLP Master, I can apply my profound interest in people and communication to the IT projects as a matter of course. Along with NLP, I am also passionate about systemic integrative coaching, which can be perfectly used in the business realm.

Cross-Cultural Understanding Creates Valuable Resources

What I particularly enjoy is using this combination of various professional focal points also on an international and cross-cultural level. The profoundness of my ability to interact with people as a systemic integrative coach in the face of social challenges is truly fascinating. This is where I sense enormous potential beneficial not only to my customers. In my opinion, fostering mutual understanding and developing peaceful coexistence is one of the major tasks of our time.
