• As the head of the company's customer service, grew the returning customer base from ~3,000 to ~17,000 in 4 years, while maintaining a 99.7–99.8% customer satisfaction rate.
• As the account manager, worked as a connection between the head of the company, the manufacturing, the advertising, and the shipping departments, and helped improve the products by getting valuable insights from the customers. Identified and removed weak links in daily processes, improving the overall efficiency.
• Created new product pages and updated old ones on eBay, increasing revenue on two product lines and reducing returns by 15%. Orchestrated a brand name change strategy across ~1,200 product pages on Amazon, putting an end to listing hijacking and preventing estimated $50,000 in annual losses.
• As the customer operations manager, monitored performance metrics and steered the company through new and recurrent technical issues (CMS glitches, carrier delays, system errors, database failures, unannounced software updates, etc.). Handled complaints, protecting the brand from fraudulent ones.

Translated and wrote copy for national and foreign clients, covering 4.6 million words across website content, blog posts, ads, manuals, articles, brochures, presentations, contracts, legal documents, interviews, press releases, video & audio transcripts, and subtitles.

• Helped organize the 3rd International Technical Assistance Coordination Conference, an event attended by over 150 representatives from ministries and embassies.
• Assisted in analyzing and assessing information for 2 ITA projects, one of which led to the creation of a new transport junction in Kyiv.
• Translated documents and managed business correspondence between foreign donors and local beneficiaries.
