With my experience as a founder and managing director, I value a balanced mix of short-term pessimism and long-term optimism. On one hand, I believe in the big picture, trust in the overarching goals, and am convinced of their feasibility. This creates the positive energy needed to tackle tasks. At the same time, I consciously remain skeptical about the coming weeks and months to avoid charging in blindly and being unprepared for potential risks.
