Change Management Consultant & Business Coach
Turba Labs
Career roles and levelling framework for an AI startup. Defining role scope, progression criteria, and how promotion decisions get made and communicated — including the question most frameworks now have to answer: what "senior" means when a large part of the work is AI-assisted.
Head of Technology
resourcly
Brought a SaaS AI startup in the manufacturing space from pre-seed to seed. Established engineering practices, stabilized operations, and contributed to successful legal due diligence. Led the data analysis and IT security definitions that secured the first enterprise deal with a large industrial customer.
Senior Director Product Development
Blue Yonder
Led platform product development for user interfaces in a large-scale, AI-driven supply chain product — the layer where machine-generated recommendations meet the people who have to act on them.
Scaled the organization from 40 to 80+ developers across Germany, India, Mexico and Ukraine. Partnered with application teams to migrate onto shared platform tooling and enable end-to-end user flows. Embedded DevOps practices across all teams to keep a complex distributed system operable.
Senior Manager Product Development
Blue Yonder
Team lead user interface for artificial intelligence applications in retail, ensuring users are able to meaningfully interact with demand predictions, replenishment and pricing decisions.
Senior Software Engineer
Blue Yonder
I have extended AI-driven retail applications with new processes by doing project management, architecture definition, and implementation of data engineering pipelines and user interfaces in Python and Javascript. I have shared the experiences I had as a speaker at software engineering conferences (Europython, Apache Big Data).
Development Architect
SAP
I have led the architecture team for multiple SaaS projects: defining the architecture, prototyping, and implementation. Using both proprietary (SAP Business ByDesign Platform) and open-source (JBoss Server) platforms.
Technologies: Java, JavaScript, ABAP.
Architecture definition and implementation for a Java EE project on JBoss Server (Mass Changes within Employee Central, 5 developers)
Software Developer
SAP
Implementation and project management for SAP Supply Chain Management (Warehouse Management, Transportation Logistics) in ABAP.

Summary
Technology leader with 20+ years in supply chain software and AI, from developer and team lead to Senior Engineering Director and Head of Technology at AI startups, with roots at SAP and Blue Yonder. Across those roles, the biggest lever was always how people work together. Today I bring both sides to fractional and advisory mandates: technology leadership, change management for AI adoption, and coaching for tech leaders.
