Description
A leading fashion company is looking for a freelance Sample Coordinator to prepare, execute, and follow up on the major September Fashion Show. The freelancer will act as a liaison between influencers, sample management, and logistics to ensure all processes run smoothly and the show is a complete success.
- Coordinate samples for the Fashion Show
- Collaborate with influencers and their teams
- Ensure the logistical processes around the show
- Support the follow-up and documentation of the event
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in fashion product coordination or influencer gifting/logistics.
- Experience with high sample volumes and tight deadlines, ideally in events.
- Ability to independently manage processes and supervise an intern.
- SAP experience is a big plus.
