Description
As a rollout manager, you are responsible for expanding the network. You keep track of the expansion status of various areas and actively manage one or more expansion partners. You have all project milestones in view and ensure that its goals are met.
Requirements
- Degree in a business or technical field
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role
- Experience working with civil engineering contractors
- Project management experience with fiber-to-home projects
- Analytical mindset with the ability to see connections, take different perspectives and develop solutions for challenges
- Experience in de-escalating conflict situations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
- Enjoy structuring projects and completing them through milestones
