- Defining improvement actions to achieve the quality levels expected on PIP
- Systematic root causes analysis for poor performance
- Systemic corrective action plan to eliminate root causes of poor performance
- Read across plan for corrective actions at facility
- Improvement validation of action plan successfully closed on site
- SQIP (Supplier Quality Improvement Plan) covering the critical topic defined on the respective presentation
- VDA 6.3 Audit with at least B rating
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the quality management standard in the automotive sector and comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Proven experience in conducting VDA 6.3 audits
- Proven experience in working with various stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to meet quality standards
- Analytical skills to identify potential for improvement in quality management processes
- VDA 6.3 Auditor Certification
- High communication skills and hands-on mentality
