Description
- Many years of experience conducting IT security reviews during tool/application rollouts (ideally in a corporate context)
- this includes, for example, creating all necessary IT documents (IT security concepts, authorization concepts, interface documentation, IT security control list, application security checklist, risk acceptances, etc.)
- as well as proofreading to ensure content quality
- Extensive experience negotiating data protection agreements for tool solutions
- HR IT project lead experience, including supporting a full tool/application rollout with stakeholder management, communication, training, operational concept, etc.
- Experience working with large organizations, i.e. sensitivity for communication across brands and following defined processes (including committees)
- Within agreed timeframes: responding to technical inquiries from the inbox
- Technical enhancement and operation of existing and newly introduced HR IT systems
- Drafting and updating technical terms of use and, if needed, cookie policies
- Developing and managing operational/communication concepts when introducing new tools
- Language: German (native) and preferably English
Requirements
- Degree in IT or business informatics, rather not career changers
- High degree of independence (!) and willingness to take ownership of topics
- Hands-on mentality and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile work environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Quick grasp and structured way of working (focus on essentials)
- High level of reliability, integrity, and proactiveness (“thinking ahead”)
