Description
For a company in the Friedrichshafen area, we are looking for an experienced Azure Solution Architect (m/f/d) to support a cloud transformation project. The role includes architecting and implementing modern cloud-based platforms on Azure, including technical design, stakeholder communication, and operational management.
Tasks:
- Analyze existing system landscapes and design target cloud architectures (Azure)
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions in enterprise environments
- Manage the migration of legacy systems to the Azure cloud
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams
- Support architecture governance and documentation
- Coach architecture teams and act as a technical sparring partner for management
Requirements
- Many years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, ideally within large corporations
- Deep technical know-how in Microsoft Azure (PaaS, IaaS, DevOps, governance)
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python, Git
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, TMForum (eTOM)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English
