What I'm not into:
Selling AI tools and automation without knowing/questioning goals and use cases
Throwing around a ton of buzzwords
Delivering theoretical concepts that end up in a drawer.

Assessment - clarify the current AI maturity and foundation. Where does the company stand on data, tech, compliance, people, etc. + share knowledge.
Building compliance - pragmatic tools to meet the AI Act. For many SMEs this seems like a high hurdle that usually isn't that high.
Developing strategy - non-technical people can create first ideas in a structured, pragmatic way with the AI Design Sprint® – involving management and staff.
Support - long-term guidance so the excitement after the first workshops doesn't fade.

I know both sides: I come from commercial practice in SMEs (finance management, sales, marketing) and have planned and led many IT projects (software, apps, etc.).
