Summary
A burndown chart is not a burning canvas for me, and a time box is not a place to store lost time. Why? For over 25 years, agile software development has been part of my daily work, and for more than 17 years Scrum Master has not been a foreign word to me. I bring over six years of experience as a SAFe Scrum Master in the automotive, retail, and financial services industries.
In my previous projects, I have successfully prepared teams for PI Plannings, moderated the events, and helped synchronize work across team boundaries. I identified risks early, supported prioritization, and helped create clear PI Objectives and feature breakdowns. During iterations, I ensure structure, transparency, and team focus through the consistent facilitation of Scrum events, the maintenance of Jira and ART boards, and coaching to strengthen ownership and flow.
